General

These general conditions of sale apply to commercial relations between people who place an order (natural or legal persons) with vetovernier.ch.

Product information

The information on the various products comes mainly from the various media materials of the manufacturers concerned. Consequently, vetovernier.ch declines all responsibility for the completeness and accuracy of this information.

Price, conclusion of contract

The order is made by submitting the order form which was completed during the online procedure. The contract is only effective at the time of delivery of the goods, regardless of confirmation of registration of the order. Our prices are in Swiss francs. The prices indicated are inclusive of tax.

Return of goods

There is a priori no legal right of return to Switzerland. This means that a buyer would in principle have no right of withdrawal.

Right of return of accessories

You can return the goods in the original packaging in new condition within 14 days after receipt.

Right of return of food and feed

For quality assurance reasons, you can return food and feed only within 5 days after collection. We ask for your understanding! The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, complete and intact. This also applies to multiple packaging.

After receipt of the goods, the purchase price will be refunded to the customer. Please note that additional charges may apply depending on the payment method chosen.

Responsibility

Since Vernier.ch Veterinary Cabinet does not manufacture the products itself, it has no influence on their supply. Consequently, any guarantee in this sense is excluded. The company Cabinet Vétérinaire de Vernier.ch cannot be held responsible for defects in the goods nor for the consequences that these could result in, such as stock shortages.

Delivery

The goods must be collected directly from the Vernier.ch veterinary practice.

Claims

Complaints for incomplete, incorrect delivery or visible defects in the goods must be made immediately to our teams. It is the customer's responsibility to control the entire delivery. We cannot assume responsibility for defects reported beyond the allotted deadlines.
